Geir Elsebutangen

Geir Elsebutangen is Managing Director. Geir has international experience from project management and business development. He has founded and managed companies in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. In addition to managing the organisation, Geir is involved in hydroelectric and solar power projects, and is also responsible for power grid and trade. 

Jon Dugstad

Jon is Regional Director. He has 20 years of international investment banking and strategic advisory experience from investment banks such as Handelsbanken and Barclays - advising projects and companies on corporate strategy and financial transactions. Prior to joining INTPOW, he was an advisor to the renewable energy industry on strategy, business development and financing. Jon is educated in Germany as a Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA).

Jon works with wind and solar power, and is also responsible for financing and investment.

Line Amlund Hagen

Line is Regional Director. She has worked in the energy sector for the past 20 years, both at national and international levels including institutions such as the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, the Norwegian Research Council, Innovation Norway, the European Commission and the European Free Trade Association. She has a thorough knowledge of the energy industry and the political framework in which it operates. 

Line works with wind and hydro power, and is also responsible for R&D.

Anja Reiler

Anja Reiler is Administrative Coordinator. Prior to joining INTPOW Anja worked with marketing at Norwegian Church Aid and at Helios, a pioneer in the distribution of organic food. She has vast experience as an administrator in an international environment and speaks fluent Spanish and French. She holds an MA in Conflict Resolution from Sydney University with special focus on the world's perception of Norway as a good international citizen.

Anja is responsible for coordinating INTPOW events and marketing material in addition to being web-editor.

Morten Bygland

Morten is  Regional Director. He has eight years of experience from business development within the Norwegian oil & gas industry. The last two years his main focus has been promoting Norwegian offshore technology towards the wind energy sector. Prior to joining INTPOW  he was the Managing Director of Navitas Network, a supplier network to the energy sector. Morten is educated in organisational psychology.

Morten’s main focus is the internationalisation of the Norwegian offshore wind energy industry.

Veronica Broholm

Veronica is an administrative assistant. She has eleven years of experience from working in the tourism industry as well as a few years of teaching. Prior to joining INTPOW Veronica worked as a receptionist at Haraldsheim Hostel and has thereby acquired vast administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills. She has also gained international experience through various student exchange programs in Germany and Spain and holds a bachelor degree in German and Spanish philology from the University of Oslo. She is currently writing her master thesis about German acoustic phonetics.

 Veronica is responsible for coordinating INTPOW`s events.
