Windforce Conference & Exhibition 2012

Each year in June the WAB – Windforce – Direction Offshore Conference in Germany gathers more than 1500 participants representing the European offshore wind industry. This year the conference will also offer a trade fair, and for this purpose the event has moved from Bremerhaven to Bremen.
The Windforce 2012 Offshore Conference & International Trade Fair from 26th -29th of June is the major offshore wind event in Germany, and companies considering entering the German market should not miss out on this event. For more info follow this link http://www.windforce2012.com
 

In 2011 more than 20 representatives from the Norwegian offshore wind industry participated at the Windforce 2011- Direction Offshore in Bremerhaven, as a part of the INTPOW business delegation. This year, INTPOW aims to expand the Norwegian participation and showcase the vast Norwegian offshore competence through an own Norwegian pavilion.
 

Exhibition
We have booked a 112m2 pavillion at the exhibition and from experience we know that it will be a natural meeting place for the Norwegian industry and their international partners. It offers good marketing for 15-20 Norwegian companies.
 

The Norwegian Offshore Wind Reception
On Wednesday the 27th of June there will be held a Norwegian Reception at the pavilion between 16 pm am 18 pm. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
For this reception, we will invite delegates to the conference and exhibition as well as especially invited potential alliance partners from the German wind industry. Invitations will be distributed by INTPOW and partners at the event in close cooperation. You will be able to invite your clients and potential clients and partners.

To secure your participation, please confirm your participation to us with company details and the name of the participating persons from your organisation.
 

Fees
There is limited space at the Norwegian pavilion and we will therefore handle interest on a first-come-first-serve base.  The participation fee is NOK 25.000 for each participating company. The fee for INTPOW Partners is NOK 15.000. The fee includes pavilion participation, access to the conference and the Norwegian Offshore Wind Reception as well as promotional positioning in marketing material. All costs attached to stand design, building and decommissioning aswell as snack and refreshments is included in the above mentioned fee.

Marketing
Our Exhibition stand and networking party will be marketed as “Norway – Powered By Nature”.
 

Design
The pavilion will have a common design with participating companies logos and marketing material. Min. 8m2 exhibition space for each participating company. The pavilion is divided into 15 units of 8m2 each with a common Norwegian profile.
