Eksportfinans
Eksportfinans is the Norwegian export credit institution for Export Financing.
Eksportfinans is involved wherever the Norwegian exporting industry of capital goods and technology sees a potential, and has lending transactions practically all over the globe.
Eksportfinans renders long term financing in connection with exports of Norwegian technology and hardware, either fixed rate loans based on an OECD program, well suited for financing of deliveries connected to renewable energy or purely commercial, floating rate loans.
Eksportfinans is currently involved in several projects related to hydro and solar power, and is also approached regarding wind power projects. The company endeavors to develop particular expertise on markets with a promising potential, such as Brazil and India.
Eksportfinans has 100 employees. Results ex unrealized effects at September 30, 2009 were USD 139 million.
